“ Dear Ladekaia Team, Great location, great view. However: The Service is bad. The first time we were there, the fries arrived late and were cold. Also when asking about allergies at the counter, I was told to ask someone else and the waitress just walked away. The second time they forgot one main dish. The general problem is, that the service doesn’t show that much awareness in terms of gastro basics (when 3/4 people sit in front of full plates for minutes without eating, staring at the kitchen and you walk by to clean other tables, maybe you should ask if there is missing an order?). The paid missing dish arrived finally 15 Minutes after informing the staff. I also ordered an espresso at the counter and was told to wait until it was ready - after 5 minutes of waiting and watching the espresso cooling down while other guests being served I then asked politely if I can take it with me now ;). For this price segment, the service quality is not sufficient. Positive: The Bread with the shrimps can be recommended. ”
